Main focus

  • Development of embedded software in the area of data security (embedded security)
  • Implementation of customer projects in the C programming language for embedded systems, as well as in object-oriented languages such as C ++, Java or C # in IIoT environment
  • Conduct security analyses at system and code level (embedded security)
  • Software modeling

 
Profile

  • Degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • First experiences with IIoT and cloud technologies, perhaps even in the context of OPC UA
  • Experience in the development of software for embedded systems
  • Experience with real-time operating systems, web-enabled embedded systems or embedded Linux
  • Experience with or knowledge of embedded security is desirable
  • Knowledge of agile development methods (e.g. Scrum)
  • Very good knowledge of the C programming language and of one object-oriented programming language such as C ++, Java or C #
  • Experience in working with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or similar
  • Knowledge of network technology e.g. Ethernet, TCP/IP, SSL etc is desirable
  • Knowledge of Fieldbus standard e.g. PROFINET, Ethernet/IP will be an advantage
  • Very good command of spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel - occasional (inter)national business trips
