Which are the steps in a recruitment process at MESCO?
It is our goal to keep the recruitment process lean and effective. At the same time is is important, that you as a candidate and we as a future employer get a good picture if our expectations match up.
A typical recruitment process looks like this:
- Short telephone interview with myself
- Personal interview on site - with me and the future managers, max. 1 hour
- Trial day. This is not supposed to be a theoretical test. It's about getting to know each other better, having technical discussions and having lunch together. So you can make a decision afterwards with a good gut feeling.
If you send me your application, I will be happy to receive a comprehensive curriculum vitae. Your work and training certificates are also very interesting.
A cover letter is optional - if you prepare one, I will read it thoroughly. However, it is not absolutely necessary, as we will be talking on the phone anyway.
How to apply?
The best way is to send me your application in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will try to react quickly. But in busy times it may take a few days.
